An industrial LED luminaire for extreme ambient conditions

I-VALO HITE is a robust industrial LED luminaire which endures even the highest ambient temperatures; the maximum ambient temperature for the luminaire unit is outstanding +110°C. The solution is comprised of a separate light module and control unit. The control unit includes drivers for four light modules and is placed in a cooler ambient temperature.

SOLUTION

  • Separate luminaire and control unit
  • The HITE LED luminaire is specially designed for hot and humid industrial process spaces, such as the lighting of a paper machine’s drying cylinders or a cement factory’s cyclone areas, as well as for foundries and bakeries.
  • Also an excellent solution for cold environments (-40°C)
  • Control unit is placed in a space where electronic components are not exposed to extreme conditions
  • Sustainable LED luminaire with LED module and drivers that can be easily renewed when needed
  • Recommended installation height ca. 2–8m

STRUCTURE

  • Body material polyester-coated aluminium
  • Cover material: tempered safety glass, frosted
  • Closed construction IP65
  • Connection: luminaire unit -o 3×2.5 mm², control unit -o- 5×2.5mm²
  • Maximum distance between the luminaire unit and control unit max 25m
  • The gaskets are made from high-quality silicone rubber and mass tested for luminaire use in extreme temperatures
  • Replaceable LED technique
  • Easy-open latches
  • The luminaire and control unit are of equal size
  • Mounting with an adjustable, step-less alignment bar 6066.030.00
